The house

The rooms follow the light from east to west: breakfast on the kitchen terrace, the afternoon in the shade of the living room, evenings on the upper deck. Floors are local stone throughout, with oak joinery and deep window reveals that keep the house cool without air conditioning.

The land

The garden was planted for a dry summer: olives, rosemary, lavender and a few old carob trees. A pool sits on the lowest terrace, fed by a solar-heated system, with a pergola and an outdoor kitchen beside it.

Practical notes

Mains water and electricity, fibre internet, a two-car carport and a separate guest studio with its own entrance. The tourist rental licence transfers with the sale.
